Hello, do you feel like a leader, are you already active or do you feel that something is still waiting for you in the future ?! Then you are in exactly the right place and are cordially invited to our annual Timothy Project leadership conference!
This year it will be taking place from 10.-12. September 2021. The Herzstück Gemeinde Ehrenfriedersdorf (Erzgebirge, Germany) will make its premises available to us for events and meals during the day! The conference starts on Friday evening at 6 p.m. with a joint dinner and ends on Sunday afternoon after a joint service.
We want to eat and chat together, share hope inspiring stories and worship God together. The conference is also a great opportunity to make friends with other leaders! Of course there will also be exciting workshops and input again.
The motto this time is: “Here comes everyone!” We believe that every person and every follower of Jesus is uniquely gifted. And we believe that we need all of these natural talents and spiritual gifts to get people excited about Jesus, so that they can find hope and healing, and so that the kingdom may expand. The world is huge, diverse and colourful. And in the New Testament we see that Jesus wants to equip and encourage ALL his followers through his Holy Spirit to expand his kingdom in this ‘colourful world’. And his kingdom is a kingdom of peace, joy, acceptance, freedom, love and justice! Sounds good? Then let’s discover what is in us together!

Overnight stay:
We would be happy to organize an overnight stay for you including breakfast in the youth hostel 10 minutes away. If you want that, you have to indicate it in the registration form. In the confirmation email for your registration you will then receive all information about the accommodation and the costs.

Bus & train
Participants arriving by public transport can, for example, take the train to Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof and change there to bus line 210 in the direction of Annaberg-Buchholz. The bus journey takes about 50 minutes; Exit Neumarkt, Ehrenfriedersdorf. From there you follow the Saubergstraße up to the Sauberg. This takes about 15 minutes on foot.
By plane
The German airports in the immediate vicinity of the venue are Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin. From there you can travel by train to Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof and change there to bus line 210 in the direction of Annaberg-Buchholz. The bus journey takes about 50 minutes; Exit Neumarkt, Ehrenfriedersdorf. From there you follow the Saubergstraße up to the Sauberg. This takes about 15 minutes on foot.
However, we also recommend Prague Airport (PRG – Václav-Havel) in the Czech Republic, as international flights to Prague are often cheaper than international flights to Germany. The easiest way to travel from there to Ehrenfriedersdorf, Germany, is by rental car.
Journey from Prague Airport (PRG – Václav-Havel) to Ehrenfriedesdorf, Germany:
- Driving a rental car from Prague Airport to Ehrenfriedersdorf takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- There are long-distance buses that shuttle daily between Prague airport and Chemnitz main bus station (e.g. Flixbus). The journey time is around 3 hours. There you can change to bus line 210 in the direction of Annaberg-Buchholz and get off in Ehrenfriedersdorf, Neumarkt (journey time approx. 50 minutes). From there you follow the Saubergstraße up to the Sauberg.
- The best way to travel by train is from Prague main station (St. n. – Praha hlavní nádraží) in the direction of Dresden (Germany, Saxony) and from there to Chemnitz (Germany, Saxony). The journey time is around 4 hours. There you can change to the 210 bus in the direction of Annaberg-Buchholz at Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof and get off in Ehrenfriedersdorf, Neumarkt (journey time approx. 50 minutes). From there you follow the Saubergstraße up to the Sauberg. This takes about 15 minutes on foot.
